Not much of a fan of setting up like this because I use active storage pretty heavily, which means nginx has to create a copy for itself after Puma streams it from storage. With one nginx per puma, that means each one needs to have their own copy of the file. So you end up in a similar situation of Cloudflare hitting your servers 600 times until the new CSS/JS file is fully cached.
